Liberty Rehab & Patient Aid Centers has served the home health needs of residents of Connecticut and New York for over 40 years. We offer the most extensive selection of mobility equipment, home oxygen equipment, sleep therapy equipment and home medical equipment and supplies in our service area. Our goal is to consistently provide courteous, professional and caring service to our clients and their families and caregivers.

An Experienced Management Team

  • William Fletcher, President and Owner. Mr. Fletcher has been President and Owner of Liberty Rehab since 1998. Under Mr. Fletcher’s leadership, Liberty Rehab has grown from one location in Stamford to four fully accredited locations, including Derby, Monroe, Stamford and Stratford, Connecticut. All locations offer a comprehensive range of DME/HME products, as well respiratory and sleep related products. Liberty Rehab offers a full range of medical equipment and supplies to both homecare patients as well as skilled nursing facilities throughout Connecticut.
  • Marc A. Connolly CRT, General Manager and Director of Clinical Programs. Mr. Connolly brings over 20 years of homecare and management experience to the organization. Mr. Connolly is responsible for expansion of product lines and business development in the retail division, and he oversees the Respiratory Assist Program, a clinical pulmonary rehabilitation program for skilled nursing facilities. Mr. Connolly is Vice-Chairman for Connecticut on the New England Home Medical Equipment Dealers Association (NEMED) board where he works with other industry leaders to advocate for proper funding for the Home Care Industry.
  • Mario Lisi, Director of Respiratory Services. Mr. Lisi has over 25 years of experience serving the oxygen and respiratory needs of patients at home and in skilled nursing facilities. Mr. Lisi is responsible for technical operations and business development within the skilled nursing facility and homecare business segments. In today’s challenging healthcare climate, Mr. Lisi ensures that all facility clients receive the equipment services they require in a timely, cost-effective and professional manner to ensure the highest level of care for facility patients.
  • John Zavatsky, Director of Marketing. Mr. Zavatsky oversees marketing and customer relations for long-term care facilities, hospitals, physicians, occupational and physical therapists, visiting nurse agencies and hospice agencies. He has over 30 years of industry experience. Mr. Zavatsky has served as president of the Fairfield County Respiratory Association, CEO of Pineapple Oxygen and has served on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut VNA and state of Connecticut Ombudsman for Nursing facilities. Mr. Zavatsky oversees the marketing program for the company to ensure compliance with corporate strategies and sales objectives.
